PAYVIDENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PAYVIDENCE (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

PAYVIDENCE provides:

• Digital sales and inventory management tools
• Payment processing integrations
• Financial reporting features

3. User Obligations

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate business information
• Not use the Service for illegal activities

4. Subscription Plans

• Starter: N20,000/year (500 transactions/month)
• Pro: N54,000/year (Unlimited transactions)
• Auto-renewal with 30-day cancellation notice

5. Payment Processing

• 0.75 % fee applies to third-party payment integrations
• All transactions in Naira (₦)

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Non-payment beyond 15 days
• Violation of these Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

PAYVIDENCE is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Losses from service interruptions

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Abuja courts.
